a big hello from switzerland. just found out about your diet in instyle beauty which i bought today. i’m very curious about your diet. i made some really good experience with weightwatchers but would now like to try your diet. just a few days ago i noticed when having the dish in front, that i eat much more than i need to. and i wondered whether this is the reason why i tend to be a little heavier than i want to be.
so…i will buy your book and hope i’ll succeed. will let you know.
